The judgments we hold against ourselves and the self talk we use as a result can be very harsh, often cruel. These judgments keep us stuck in the past, block our loving, and keep us from being fully open to Spirit.

Opening our hearts to ourselves, bringing forward compassion and gentleness are essential for letting go of the past and moving forward. Self forgiveness is the key to bringing these forward and helping us to believe we deserve it. Self forgiveness is not about forgiving ourselves for what we’ve done or not done, it’s about forgiving the beliefs and judgments that keep us stuck in that lower vibration of judgment.

This class teaches the benefits of self forgiveness of aligning levels of consciousness, opening to a sense of freedom and allowing in more Spiritual energy. It teaches a process of self forgiveness that is very powerful.
